Our maximum liability to you for any reason shall not exceed the total amount paid by you for the specific product(s) giving rise to the claim.

You waive the right to a trial by jury.
Class Action Waiver: You agree that any dispute shall be resolved on an individual basis only and not in a class, consolidated, or representative action. You expressly waive any right to participate in a class action or class-wide arbitration.
This section shall survive the termination of your relationship with us.
8. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms shall be governed and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any legal action not subject to arbitration shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Orange County, California, and you hereby submit to the personal jurisdiction of such courts.
9. International Sales
We make no representations that the Site or its content are appropriate or available for use outside the United States. Users who access the Site from outside the U.S. do so at their own risk and are responsible for compliance with local laws. Products purchased for international delivery may be subject to import duties, customs restrictions, and foreign regulations, for which the buyer is solely responsible.
10. No Waiver of Corporate Veil
You acknowledge and agree that WellGen Supplements Inc., including its registered brand WELVIUM®, is a distinct and separate legal entity. Nothing in these Terms shall be construed to create any personal liability on the part of the Company’s owners, shareholders, officers, directors, managers, employees, agents, or affiliates.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, no officer, director, employee, owner, or affiliate of WellGen Supplements Inc. shall bear any individual liability for any obligations or liabilities of the Company, whether arising in contract, tort, equity, or otherwise.
Likewise, the Company shall not be liable for any personal debts, obligations, or liabilities of its shareholders, officers, or other individuals affiliated with the business. The corporate veil shall be maintained in all respects.
