Return Policy
All sales of dietary supplements are final. For safety and quality reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges on any products, whether opened or unopened.
Damages & Issues
Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately at hello@welvium.com if an item is defective, damaged, or incorrect. We will review the issue and work with you on a resolution.
Exceptions
We cannot accept returns on any items, including sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
We do not offer exchanges. If you received the wrong item or a damaged product, please contact us and we’ll correct the issue.
European Union Customers
If your order is shipped into the European Union, you may have additional rights under local consumer protection laws. Please contact us at hello@welvium.com if you have questions regarding your order.
Refunds
Refunds are only provided for items that arrive defective, damaged, or incorrect. If approved, your refund will be issued back to your original payment method within 10 business days. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or card provider.
